InstaServe operates via WiFi (2.4GHz) and requires a USB-C charger for power. The device is designed to integrate effortlessly into your existing setup, and a complimentary setup is available depending on your geographic location.

To ensure smooth communication, the InstaServe software is installed on your tablet, POS system, or smartwatch, allowing staff to receive notifications instantly. Managers and staff have different levels of access, ensuring that service teams stay focused while management gains valuable insights into operations.
